With our own data centres in Gross-Umstadt we are at the technological cutting edge and offer private cloud services for IT services and applications for the Messer Group in 30 countries and at approximately 70 locations worldwide.

In using future-orientated technologies, we offer our customers an ideal mix of service quality, flexibility and efficiency.


In addition to hosting two ERP systems and a number of CRM systems, we offer well over 100 applications and central services which are tailored to the requirements of our customers. In our ultra-modern virtual environment we can make new servers available to our customers within a few working days and operate these extremely efficiently.

For our worldwide customers we operate not only a Citrix environment, but also a large number of client/server infrastructures at the various sites. These include – in addition to software distribution – client and network security for our tasks.

Wide area network

With our worldwide network infrastructure we ensure a powerful, highly available and secure connection of the sites to our data centres.

Communication and collaboration

With our IP-based communication solutions we offer our customers a modern platform for communication and collaboration. In line with the latest state of the art, we offer Skype for Business. This permits communication services to be used at any time and anywhere via Citrix, normal clients and mobile devices. In order to offer a high level of availability and security here, too, we employ a mobile device management system. In conjunction with our SharePoint services we provide an extensive platform which makes it considerably easier for our customers to work together in the company.

To support smooth business operations, we also offer central services such as user management, an email platform, as well as file and print services.


With our networking services we provide a powerful and future-orientated network infrastructure in the group. This includes the connection of our sites via WAN links which guarantee fail-safe operation and maximum performance thanks to the use of state-of-the-art technology. Our corporate WLAN (WiFi) solution, which is integrated into the infrastructure, enables convenient use of the central network services within the Messer world.


As an in-house IT service provider with a service desk, we are the service and contact point for the companies of the Messer Group.

In addition to receiving fault reports, our qualified staff on the service desk are also involved in the proactive detection of faults. These are discussed in close cooperation with the site administrators and IT infrastructure specialists and, as far as possible, solved before a problem occurs.

Our service desk is the initial point of contact for over 4,000 customers. Our aim is to deal with enquiries expertly and quickly. To do this, we employ a modern ITSM System which provides support in processing enquiries and problems professionally on an ITIL-compliant basis with predefined processes. The customer-friendly self-service enables our customers to open a qualified ticket very quickly via a portal.

Our performance and quality are presented transparently each month by the Service Delivery Manager responsible in KPI reports.
